At Treasure Momentz, we are committed to delivering your luxury gifts safely, beautifully packaged, and on time — anywhere in India. Every order is carefully packed in our signature luxury packaging before dispatch.
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines depend on order type, customisation requirements, and delivery location.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery destination.
Bulk corporate orders are eligible for special rates — contact us for a customised quote.
4. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most PIN codes across India through our trusted logistics network including:
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Ekart Logistics
- India Post (for remote / rural areas)
- Local courier partners for Jaipur same-day delivery
Delivery to remote or island territories (Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, certain parts of J&K and Northeast India) may take an additional 3–5 business days.
5. Bulk & Corporate Orders
For bulk orders of 50 pieces or more, our dedicated corporate gifting team handles logistics end-to-end.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number through the following channels:

Note: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier's system after dispatch. This is normal and does not indicate any issue with your order.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays:
- Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather
- National strikes, bandhs, or transportation disruptions
- Government-imposed lockdowns or restrictions
- High-volume festive periods (Diwali, Christmas, New Year)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
Note: During peak festive seasons, please allow an additional 2–4 business days. We recommend placing orders well in advance during Diwali, Holi, and Christmas periods.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please follow these steps:

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Non-Deliverable Areas
If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours of order placement.
